Colorado Hearth & Home has been family-run since 1998, and we were among the first in North America to work in gas fire pits. Everything we sell is burning in the Littleton showroom, and the people who sell it install it.
Most Castle Rock homes are new enough that the fireplace still works — so the calls we get here are about upgrading rather than replacing. Linear gas units in the great room, a fire pit on a Terrain or Crystal Valley patio, a built-in grill run off the existing line. Where we do replace, it is usually a builder-grade box in an early Founders Village home.
We are NFI certified and we pull Town of Castle Rock and Douglas County permits. Wind matters more on this side of the ridge than people expect, and it changes which outdoor units we will recommend.
