Colorado Hearth & Home has been a family-run hearth and grill store since 1998, and we were among the first in North America to build gas fire pits. Everything on the floor is lit, and our own crew does the fitting.
The houses here are large, individually designed and often mid-remodel when we get the call. That usually means the fireplace has to suit stonework and millwork that are already decided, and the venting has to be solved without spoiling an elevation. Those are drawing-board conversations, and we would rather have them early than after the framing.
We are NFI certified and we pull Cherry Hills Village permits. Where the property sits in a covenanted area we will check what is allowed outdoors before you fall for a unit you cannot have.
