Why Ken Caryl homeowners call us
Colorado Hearth & Home has been family-run since 1998, and we were among the first in North America to build gas fire pits. What is on the floor is lit, and the crew that installs it works for us.
Ken Caryl splits neatly in two for our purposes. The Valley homes are 1970s and 80s, often with a large masonry fireplace and a flue that wants lining before an insert makes sense. North Ranch and Deer Creek are newer, tighter and better suited to a direct-vent linear unit. The Retreat sits high enough that wind loading genuinely affects what we will fit outdoors.
We are NFI certified, we pull Jefferson County permits, and we will tell you when the less expensive unit is the better buy for your house.
