Colorado Hearth & Home has been family-run since 1998, and we were among the first in North America to build gas fire pits. Everything we sell is burning in the Littleton showroom.
Parker is mostly 1990s onward, so the fireplaces here are reaching the age where the builder-grade box starts to fail — Stroh Ranch and Clarke Farms in particular. Newer Idyllwilde and Stonegate homes tend to be sound inside and ready outside, with gas already at the patio for a fire pit or built-in grill.
We are NFI certified and we pull Town of Parker and Douglas County permits. The wind out on this side of the county is real, and it changes which outdoor units we are willing to recommend.
