The older Countryside and Cotton Creek homes are the ones we replace most often — 1970s and 80s metal boxes that stopped throwing heat years ago. Legacy Ridge and Bradburn are newer and usually want a linear gas unit rather than a traditional one, and their patios are generally already plumbed for an outdoor fire pit.
We are NFI certified and we pull permits for whichever county your address falls in. Westminster straddles the Adams and Jefferson line, and the requirements are not identical either side of it.
